Learn more about what will happen in the STELLAR-316 study

What will happen if I am referred to a study site?

If you are interested in joining, study staff will:

  • Talk with you about the study and your ctDNA test results. If you choose to join the study, you will sign an informed consent form.

  • Ask questions and do some tests to find out if you can be in this study.

  • Assign you by equal chance to 1 of the 3 study groups.

What will happen during this study?

You will receive treatment in this study for up to 2 years. After treatment, you will be in a follow-up period for up to an additional 3 years.

During the study, you will:

Visit the study site about every 3 weeks during treatment, which is the first 2 years

After treatment ends, you will have check-ins about every 3 months and scans about every 6 months until the end of the study

During the study, study staff will:

Give your assigned study treatment to you

Do assessments and tests, such as:

  • Physical exams

  • Blood and urine tests

  • Imaging tests, such as MRI or CT

  • A heart test called an ECG, if needed
