What will happen if I am referred to a study site?
If you are interested in joining, study staff will:

Talk with you about the study and your ctDNA test results. If you choose to join the study, you will sign an informed consent form.

Ask questions and do some tests to find out if you can be in this study.

Assign you by equal chance to 1 of the 3 study groups.

What will happen during this study?
You will receive treatment in this study for up to 2 years. After treatment, you will be in a follow-up period for up to an additional 3 years.
During the study, you will:
Visit the study site about every 3 weeks during treatment, which is the first 2 years
After treatment ends, you will have check-ins about every 3 months and scans about every 6 months until the end of the study
During the study, study staff will:
Give your assigned study treatment to you
Do assessments and tests, such as:

Physical exams

Blood and urine tests

Imaging tests, such as MRI or CT
-
A heart test called an ECG, if needed
